Workshop 2: Online Safety and Zoom

This workshop covers two topics.

The first is online safety topics such as using passwords, passcodes and passphrases, identifying scams and making online payments. It also includes tips for managing your data. 

The second topic is how to use Zoom to make videocalls. The video also runs through Zoom's accessibility features, videocall etiquette and troubleshooting. 

You can jump ahead to the relevant chapters using the icon with three horizontal lines in the bottom right of the video. You may also like to slow down the video by clicking the settings icon (the cog) next to the chapters icon, then clicking "Speed".
